Innovation and Process
A mixture of traditional and modern techniques are used to produce our beers.
For traditional cask Ale our beers are fermented in dish bottom vessels and transferred to cask for conditioning.
For Coast Lager, keg beer or any infused beers we ferment in Conical fermenters, this allows us to later drop yeast, place under pressure and carbonate, at this stage we can also add additional hop character or flavour from other ingredients using out Hop rocket.

Using Conical Vessels offers us the ability to carbonate and add further hop character.

6 10bbl vessels are used, different types to complement traditional styles of beer.
Helps us carefully add desirable flavours to specific beers, particularly IPA's
